"Inter-Agency Coordinated Approaches Demo: Denver Metro Community Action Network" Presented November 5, 2019 by the Financial Health Institute and the Center for Applied Management Practices. As our national network moves towards Human Capacity and Community Transformation (HCCT) community-level approaches, examples of current collaborations should be explored. This presentation demonstrated how an inter-agency community effort was "assembled" with a shared mission, logic model, data standards, and integrated training that may provide a good example for many other communities in Colorado. Community Action at its most collaborative level. |

Douglas County Data Sharing and Data Exchanges
"Data Sharing and Data Exchanges: Douglas County Community Services Example" Presented on September 23, 2019 by Rand Clark/Douglas County Community Services and Paige Teegarden/EmpowOR by CSST Hear about the latest updates on this local pilot community-wide data project that has over three years of experience in sharing data between agencies and reporting systems. The pilot has data sharing taking place among a group of local agencies and we will be highlighting the insights, challenges and future directions of the system. We will also be discussing data interoperability, API's and import/export data exchanges that are being developed for major programs such as HMIS, Transportation, Social Determinants of Health, Older Adults, and more! |
